The Bachelor’s Chop – The Unbeetable Porterhouse

On this week’s episode of The Bachelor’s Chop, Mark cooks up some beet’s n meat to create the Unbeetable Porterhouse. Some ricotta cheese, lots of pepper, and a lot of wingin’ it went into this delectable meal.

COOK TIME: ~25 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS:
2 PORTERHOUSE STEAKS
SPIRALIZED BEETS
ASPARAGUS BUNCH
RICOTTA CHEESE
1 ONION
SMALL POTATOES
MUSHROOMS
ANY CHEESE YOU PLEASE
GARLIC
OREGANO
S & P
BUTTER

    Those steaks appeared to be boneless; therefore they were not porterhouse. Also, do yourself a favor and invest in pair of tongs.
