The Bachelor’s Chop: Apple Cider Breakfast for Dinner (ft. Ric Orlando)

The Bachelor’s Chop is our show where Master Chef RIc Orlando teaches bachelors how to cook. Today: Breakfast for dinner from Honest Weight Food Co-op.
Ingredients: Brussel sprouts, red pear, sweet onions, duck eggs, potatoes, apple cider, apple cider vinegar, butter, sriracha.
LESSONS LEARNED:
1. Put salt in while you cook so it’s IN the food, not ON the food
2. Add vinegar to water when poaching an egg, and add it in to a vortex of water for best results
3. Beer goes well with breakfast for dinner
