We’ve been waiting all year for Beyoncé to take over the stage at this year’s Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, but it was recently announced that a different pop queen will be rocking the stage.
And that queen is Lady Gaga.
Thanks to Beyoncé’s viral photoshoot, everyone on the internet knows she’s pregnant with twins. Although she’s done other major performances this year, it was against her doctor’s orders for her to headline the two weekend music festival, so Lady Gaga will be replacing her as a headliner.
I feel bad for all the Bey Hives out there who were looking forward to her show, but Lady Gaga won’t disappoint. Plus, the lineup includes plenty of other performers, like Bon Iver, Kendrick Lamar, Tove Lo, Bastille and Travis Scott.
Oh my God, someone buy me a plane ticket to California ASAP.
Also, we can still get excited about the unique fashion Coachella brings, since everyone will be sporting the most artsy clothes they can find. I’m hyped to see what bohemian outfits Vanessa Hudgens has picked out for this year, too.
So get ready, because the festival will take place April 14-23 in Inland Empire’s Coachella Valley, in the Colorado Desert. Only a month and a half away! *insert heart eyes emoji*
