For those of you who don’t know, Nine Pin is based right here in Albany and prides itself on being New York State’s first farm cidery, using apples from the Capital Region and Hudson Valley areas of NY. In the Cidré Rose, the grapes are sourced from Capoccia Vineyards in the Schenectady/Niskayuna area.

Since 2013, the Nine Pin folks have been brewing up all kinds of unique cider drinks, from fruity flavors like blueberry and raspberry, to the unexpected vanilla chai or ginger. In a short amount of time, the business has grown so much that you can now drink Nine Pin at minor league baseball stadiums, on selected Southwest flights and of course in the super cool Nine Pin tasting room space at 929 Broadway. The nod from InStyle is just another awesome stepping stone for one of the Capital Region’s favorite new-ish businesses.

And of course the Cidré Rose is making girls everywhere SUPER hyped for summer. What could be better than combining two of the most girly, prettiest alcoholic drinks into one? Take that and add in this picture-perfect skinny can and it’s the perfect recipe for an Instagram pic that’ll guarantee some serious likes.
