Marko’s Motivation Monday – Just Move

Sometimes people are overthinking their workouts. They see fitness models on Instagram, big buff people flexing, and they think they need to go as hard they do. Nah. The most important thing you can do for yourself is to just move. Move your feet, ride a bike, with the CDPHP bikes hanging all around the Capital Region, there’s really no excuse not you. Just move and the rest will come.
