(NJ.com) “I drank too much because the Jets suck,” Christopher Greyshock, 57, of West Milford, told police during his sobriety test, according to a release from the Wayne Police.
Police said they could smell alcohol on his breath and that there were “stains of liquid” on his blue jeans. It was then that police performed the sobriety test an then found that his blood alcohol level was over the legal limit at .13 percent.
Let’s be honest. After getting their teeth kicked in by the Bills, who are selling their tickets for less than a meal at McDonalds, this guy turned to the bottle as a coping mechanism. We’ve all been there. I’m just shocked that this guy only blew a .13. In my eyes, that’s practically sober. If my team got blown out by a dysfunctional franchise such as the Bills with a quarterback who they hired off the street I would have probably blown three times the legal limit.
This is a classic case of a guy that can’t handle his liquor. There was a time in my life where my BAC needed to be at least a .13 for me to be able to properly function. I’m not saying I have a problem, but what I am saying is that if the Fins made me get to that point a .13 was the starting point and not the finished product.
After he was processes and issued his traffic summonses and charges, he was turned over to a “responsible adult,” the release stated.
What exactly are the qualifications to be a “responsible adult”? Is it the fact that they are coherent or that they just don’t root for the Jets? Because in my eyes if you’re a responsible adult you stopped caring about the Jets’ wins and losses about a month ago. This team is going no where and frankly, they need to lose to get a high draft pick and start building for future years.
And btw, look at this dude’s shit eating grin in his mugshot. He probably knows that his wife is going to kill him and all he can do is smile. I would file this in with some of the all-time greatest mugshots. Dude knows he’s fucked so why not smile?
I feel bad for this dude and I think if the Jets were a respectable organization then they would reach out to this guy and offer him season tickets or a head coaching position. Believe it or not this guy might be a better face of the franchise then their laying duck head coach T.
