iCRYO Cryotherapy is Celebrating its New Clifton Park Location With a Major Grand Opening on March 30

Most people wouldn’t call our 2BD squad member Marko a trend setter (sorry, bud), but I WILL say I think he was ahead of the curve on the whole phenomenon of cryotherapy, because a while ago, 2BD filmed a little video at iCRYO Cryotherapy way before others in the news media or fitness world started testing it out on camera.

And now, iCRYO Cryotherapy is opening up a second location in Clifton Park, with plans to celebrate in a major way on March 30 at their grand opening. If you haven’t tried iCRYO Cryotherapy yet, there will be complementary whole body cryotherapy services for guests to try, as well as a whole bunch’a other cool stuff to celebrate the expansion of the brand into the suburbs of all suburbs, my hometown of CP.

Here’s a little bit more about the event from the official press release:

The event is sponsored by DePaula Auto Group and Two Buttons Deep, along with a
special appearance by fitness model, Paige Hathaway. Food will be provided by The
Hideaway at Saratoga Lake Golf Club, CoreLife Eatery will be hosting a hydration bar,
and the fun will continue with a live DJ. iCRYO’s Co-Founder and COO, Kyle Jones,
and members of the corporate team will be in attendance to celebrate the launch of the
new location.

And for those who still don’t know what cryotherapy is all about:

iCRYO offers whole body cryotherapy, localized cryotherapy and cryotherapy facials,
compression therapy and infrared sauna, as well as Cryoskin services for body
slimming and toning. Whole body cryotherapy is a 2-3 minute session that focuses on
decreasing inflammation in the entire body. A list of benefits include: muscle recovery,
decrease in joint pain, immunity boost, stress relief, anti-aging, skin rejuvenation,
metabolic boost and improved sleeping.

Shout out 2BD! But seriously, the benefits that cryotherapy can do within just 2-3 minutes are honestly INSANE –I can’t believe I haven’t tried it yet, but my body is begging me to do this ASAP. I am particularly interested in this whole anti-aging benefit because someone recently told me I looked 37 years old while I was out at a bar during St. Patty’s Day weekend (he also said I was “not hot,” but that is just in the eye of the beholder so like, whatever).

But for real, if this whole jade rolling fad of 2019 doesn’t pan out, cryotherapy is going to be my next move to put my body in full recovery mode post-Metabolic, and to also just keep me looking younger than 37 for the next 12 years until I am actually 37.

Two Buttons Deep will be hanging out at the grand opening on March 30 documenting all of the festivities and making sure iCRYO Cryotherapy has a warm welcome to Clifton Park as they celebrate their expansion as another great, local business making the 518 a better place. Stay tuned for more details about the event and more exclusive coverage from the squad right here at 2BD.

And in the meantime, check out that one time Mark froze his ass off for your entertainment.
