To say I had myself a Sunday Funday at the Saratoga Living, “Best of Everything” party with RHONY star Dorinda Medley would be a serious understatement. Hundreds of people (I’ll say people, but it was mostly ladies) came out to Prime at Saratoga National to sip rosé, snap some pics with their gal pals and Dorinda herself, and go a couple buttons deep to show support for SPAC’s educational programming.
And listen, this event had all signs pointing towards fashion –the beautiful location, the fact a real deal celeb would be there, the amount of photo opps, I mean there wasn’t a single person in attendance that did not put thought into their outfit. I basically had a meltdown over what I would wear, but of course I had that problem solved with one quick trip to Crossgates Mall and ZARA. I got enough compliments to assure myself that I did in fact know how to dress for a boujee brunch.
But of course, I can’t be on the Best Dressed list every week, so I decided to snap some pics of all the gorgeous girls I saw at the event to curate a very special “Best of Everything” Best Dressed list. And you guys know the new rules by now, you can VOTE at the bottom of the blog for your favorite look and help determine who the lucky winner of a $50 ZARA gift card will be thanks to our friends at Crossgates Mall.
Andrea Zappone (@andreazappone)
My girl Andrea is no stranger to the Best Dressed list, but yesterday was her time to earn a spot for a second time here because this outfit was just flawless. The liquid leather pants, the strappy square shoes, the hat, the blouse! I loved it all. And better yet, her personality is as amazing as this look (she was doing handstands on the lawn not long after this picture was taken). I’d have her in my girl squad for when we can finally start a Real Housewives of Saratoga.
Noel McLaren (@noelmclarentv)
Noel takes brunch fashion seriously, people. When I saw her strutting her stuff in this lace dress that’s the perfect mix of conservative and sexy, I knew she had the right mindset going into the day. She was willing to put her mimosa down for the photo, but we kindly reminded her that this is Two Buttons Deep and it was perfectly OK to keep her brunch beverage of choice in the pic.
We bonded over the fact that either of us could’ve had a little wardrobe malfunction at any point, since this see-through mesh vibe is really trending right now and we took full advantage of it.
YES SUSAN! This is the kind of outfit I wanted to wear, but somehow couldn’t pull together before the event. I love rocking a good pair of light wash denim on the weekends, and seeing Susan dress it up with a pair of bright red pumps made me feel like she has probably binged a few seasons of RHONY to get the best style advice.
This white jacket had a gorgeous floral pattern on it with just a little bit of shine that says, “Yes I know it’s fall but I can still rock a white look” and someone who can do that very clearly gets to make their own rules when it comes to fall fashion.
Kate Clark (@k7clark)
Puffy sleeve dreams over here from my girl Kate. When you’re going to a boujee brunch, sparkle is not just encouraged…but basically required if you can make it work. I love the geometric pattern in the skirt, offsetting the white (which we all agree just like above can be worn after Labor Day) with some sequins that feel bright and fun. Her hair goes perfectly with an outfit like this, to really make sure those accessories and awesome sleeves can be seen from any angle.
So now it’s up to you to VOTE for your favorite look! Voting closes at 5PM on Wednesday, with the winner of a $50 gift card to ZARA at Crossgates Mall to be announced shortly after.
